Everything was fabulous, very good service, wonderful location close enough to restaurants and bars and Capri at Tiberio Palace. Well-appointed and newly remodelled room with amazing view, good offer. Generous breakfasts with many options.

Clean hotel in an amazing building just off good restaurants and stores, shops and Glorious Capri. Delicious and great breakfast with cheese, meats, bread, and pancakes. The pool area is great too. The quick check-in process too. Marvellous, amazing location right in the centre. Besides, easy to get to a historic square.

This hotel is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The pool is amazing, with an indoor/outdoor aspect, jets, and beautiful design. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make guests comfortable, especially at breakfast. The breakfast itself is delicious with a huge choice of international papers delivered to your room. The location is also great, just a short walk from the center of Capri.

Conciergge set up private boat ride around the island. Very comfortable and romantic with stop at blue grotto. Best 160 euros spent in italy

At the high room prices there should not be a 10/bag charge to get you bags to and from hotel/pier. Seems tacky.

Beautiful luxury hotel overlooking the Mediterranean. The restaurant chefs offered delicious and creative meals both for dinner and a huge breakfast buffet. I need to eat gluten-free, and the chefs accommodated that with many delicious choices. The staff was gracious and professional. We were offered an upgrade, and the suite was exquisite. Grazie to Pietra and Martina!

The location in the center was great for us. Further, it was adjacent to the piazzetta with sea view and unforgettable breakfast and many restaurants.

The location just outside the town center was perfect, with all the main squares and attractions within easy reach. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide range of options to choose from. The staff are very friendly and well informed. The pool area is very relaxing and neat. I was also happy that the gym is well equipped and very clean. The room, the view, the quality of service is excellent. I would saty again at this hotel.

Food & drinks over priced. 22 euros for a hamburger? 20 euros to bring bags to the hotel, which we were not informed about until it appeared on our bill. Left a little sour taste.

1. It was an oasis of calm in the crowded alleyways of Capri 2. It had a great outdoor dining area - and the indoor area was also good. 3. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable

1. Pool was a bit small for serious swimming 2. Terrace / sunbathing area by the pool was occupied but not crowded but it would be a bit small if the hotel was fuller 3. Classic rooms are rather small but beds are king size 4. Jacky's Bar tries to give the hotel a street presence but it remained empty during our stay - the hotel is about 70m from the limit of people wandering around
